Sucrose Fatty Acid Esters

Sucrose fatty acid esters (SEs) are nonionic surfactants produced from sucrose and fatty acids, both of which are natural substances. The fact that SEs are highly safe is recognized by international organizations (FAO/WHO Joint Expert Committee on Food Additives), and they were approved as a food additive in Japan in 1959. SEs are used not only in food products, but also in pharmaceuticals, cosmetics and a broad range of other applications. We also offer blended formulations using SEs to suit specific applications.

Sodium Carboxymethyl Celluloses

Sodium carboxymethyl celluloses (CMCs) are water soluble polymers synthesized using cellulose as the raw material.
