Nonionic Surfactants
Nonionic surfactants are surfactants in which the hydrophilic groups are comprised of hydroxyl groups (-OH), ether bonds (-O-) and other groups which do not dissociate into ions in water. In general, the advantages of these surfactants are low toxicity to humans, and good compatibility with other ionic surfactants. Our nonionic surfactants are widely used in general industry, institutional applications and living related fields, and our product lineup includes ether-based and ether ester based nonionic surfactants.

Anionic Surfactants
In anionic surfactants, the hydrophobic groups ionize to negative ions in water. These surfactants are widely used in household soap, synthetic detergents, shampoo and general industrial applications. Polymer type surfactants, such as polycarboxylic acid types and naphthalene sulfonate formaldehyde condensate, are used as dispersants.
Our product lineup includes sulfates and phosphates based on polyoxyethylene type nonionic surfactants.

Cationic Surfactants
In cationic surfactants, the hydrophilic groups of the surfactant ionize to positive ions in water. These surfactants strongly adhere to the surface of negatively charged solids, and provide characteristics such as softness, antistatic performance and antimicrobial action. They are roughly divided into two categories: amine salt types and quaternary ammonium salt types. They are used as textile softeners, as a base for hair conditioners and as antimicrobial agents. In the field of general industry, they are used as auxiliaries to provide antistatic performance, wettability and dispersibility.

Amphoteric Surfactants
When dissolved in water, amphoteric surfactants exhibit the properties of an anionic surfactant in the alkaline range, and the properties of a cationic surfactant in the acidic range. They are classified by their structure into carboxylate, amine acid and betaine types. The betaine types in particular have the advantage of reducing irritation, and improving cleaning and foaming performance, and they enhance the added value of household products.
